All products are intended for ministry, educational, leadership, or personal development use.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• All digital sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
• You are responsible for downloading and saving your files after purchase.

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

Purchase of Crowned & Called or related curriculum grants a limited, non-transferable license based on the tier purchased.

Unless explicitly stated:

• Materials may not be shared outside your licensed organization.
• Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or uploaded to public platforms.
• Digital files may not be altered, copied, or rebranded.
• Access credentials may not be shared.

Violation of licensing terms may result in revoked access without refund.

4. Consultation Calls (Complimentary)

The 30-minute consultation call is offered as a complimentary informational session.

• One complimentary call per ministry or organization.
• Rescheduling permitted up to 24 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments may limit future booking availability.

Consultation calls do not include full curriculum training or implementation planning.

5. Tier 3 Training Sessions

Tier 3 includes one live virtual implementation training session.

• Must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase.
• One complimentary reschedule permitted with 48-hour notice.
• Recordings are for internal ministry use only and may not be publicly distributed.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other third-party providers.

We do not store payment information.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products: Non-refundable.

Physical Products (if applicable):
Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Training Services:
Non-refundable once scheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content across our Websites — including curriculum, videos, graphics, downloads, brand materials, training resources, and creative assets — is the intellectual property of Crowned & Called, Heartwork, and Creative Fuel Co.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce materials outside licensed use
• Sell, distribute, or sublicense materials
• Upload materials to file-sharing platforms
• Claim content as your own

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are educational and faith-based resources.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, enrollment growth, business growth, ministry results, or measurable impact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
